Good morning! Yes, indeed it is a great morning and a great day! I have been having lots of fun working with my new Alien Bees this week (just in case you are wondering, those are studio lights by Paul Bluff, of White Lightning fame (no, not moonshine made in the hills, though I have photographed a real old-fashioned underground whiskey-making biz-ness in Virginia many moons ago! Actually got pictures of the law folks blowing that dang still right off the mountain using dy-no-mite!)

Anyway, back to this wonderful day…this whole week has been full of great moments actually. Yesterday I photographed musician, Doug “the Bear” Travers, and today I am photographing Rebecca McInvale. Tomorrow I head out to Gulf Port to do a little “city shooting” and hopefully make some nice images of local flute-maker/musician, Linda Brassell.

So this is a short one but I just wanted to say hi to everybody and share a photo and a thought!

So, my reminder for you this day is to take a moment to stop, look and see the beauty of nature that surrounds us everyday in everyway!
